The Michałowo-Sowice area is included in the Local Area Development Plan and it has been destined for single family terraced houses.

Plots are well connected with the city centre. They can be reached by public transport or by car taking Bolesława Krzywoustego, Szczepankowo and Michałowo streets.

The site is planned to be divided into 72 plots of a total area of 36 868 sq. m (average plot area – 512 sq. m).

The plots are located in the south-eastern part of the city of Poznań The area is included in the Kostrzyń–Słubice Special Economic Zone (pl. Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna), subzone Poznań, which has been destined for economic stimulation. Its advantage is a very good connection with the other districts of the city and transit routes. The plots are located 4 km away from A2 motorway and 1 km away from S-11 national road. A two-lane road connects the area with the city centre (5 km). It takes 5 min (2 km) to get to the nearest railway station Poznań Franowo, which has a freight terminal. Poznań Airport is 11 km away.

The site is included in the Local Area Development Plan for Poznań Logistics Centre Franowo-Żegrze, sign 3 P/U – pursuant to the resolution of the Poznań City Council No. XL/419/V/2008 of 8 July 2008. It has been destined for production plants, yards and warehouses, with the possibility of service development. A single construction plot cannot be smaller than 5000 sq. m and the built-up surface cannot exceed 60% of a plot area.

To interested parties WCWI offers:

establishing a complex construction investment pursuant to investor’s demands (“turnkey”)
providing all formal and legal services for the investment: preparation of design documentation, obtaining administrative decisions, design supervision and owner representation services

Additionally, upon the investor’s request, there is a possibility of property management after completion of the investment process.
