Andersia Tower — with its 102.1 m height and 22 levels (20 on-grade and 2 underground) — is the highest building in the capital of Wielkopolska. It is a class A building. The total surface area of the building is 44000 sq. m.
The tower building houses offices, the 4-star IBB Andersia Hotel (part of the IBB Hotels chain) and service establishments. A swimming pool, a fitness club, a sauna and conference-banquet facilities are at the disposal of the hotel guests.
The office building was constructed within a public-private partnership by Von der Heyden Group and the city of Poznań.
