The project allows bringing new functions to the redeveloped area. The effect shall be its re-incorporation in the city’s economic and functional structure.

Attracting key/strategic companies – investors – to ensure solid basis for the Park functioning, enable distinctive advertising of the Park, and boost the Park’s impact on other businesses.
