MM Shopping Centre

Galeria MM — shopping and office centre, located in the centre of Poznań, at the crossroads of Św. Marcin and Aleja Marcinkowskiego was put in operation on 1 March 2013. It is a modern shopping centre built to replace the old shopping walkway.

The investor is a single-purpose company called Galeria MM SPV, whose shareholders are: city company — Wielkopolskie Centrum Wspierania Inwestycji, Galeria Poznań MM, and ATANER — the main shareholder and contractor.

The building architecture is characterized by bold solutions. The façade consists of diverse, uneven surfaces, while the underground car park is the deepest object of this type in the city (15 m). Galeria MM consists of five on-grade and four underground levels. On the top — the fourth floor — there are 2400 sq. m of class A office space.

The design of the building was created in Studio ADS, the architectural studio known, among others, for the design of Stary Browar in Poznań.The value of the investment amounts to about PLN 134 million.
